Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. We generally use USPS for all shipments. You will receive a tracking # once your order has been received and fulfilled.

We are NOT responsible for packages once they leave our office. We have NO control over USPS or UPS shipping services. If the tracking shows DELIVERED, and you did not receive your package, you must contact your local post office to request them to follow up with the mail carrier for your area. We will NOT refund or replace merchandise that was not received due to shipping/carrier error.
